Jake, Office manager/Optician
Jake brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you select the best eyewear for your face and visual needs. You will feel comfortable with his calm, kind demeanor. Jake has been a licensed dispensing optician since 2012 and is happy to share his expertise with you. Outside of work he loves to spend time with his family in the outdoors — biking, camping and ziplining.
Emily, Patient Care Coordinator
As our patient care coordinator, Emily will welcome you on the phone or in person with her soft, kind voice and honest smile. She will help you get your appointment scheduled and verify any insurance coverage. Emily is naturally organized and her multitasking ability will help ensure everything is prepared for your visit. She has moved to Pullman from San Diego and is enjoying the small town atmosphere. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, being outdoors and caring for her many plants and beta fish.
Michelle, Patient Care Assistant/Optician
With her calm, kind and professional manner, Michelle will guide you through your eyecare visit. Michelle is a licensed dispensing optician and a certified paraoptometric assistant. Her extensive experience allows her to work with you and the doctor to give you the most comprehensive examination and select the most appropriate eyewear for your visual
needs. She especially enjoys introducing children to their first pair of glasses. Michelle is a long-time Pullman resident who graduated from Pullman High School. When not at work, she likes to spend time with her family hiking, camping, fishing and relaxing with movie nights.
Gabbi, Patient Care Assistant
Gabbi is kind, cheerful and positive. She looks forward to helping you and creating an efficient and satisfying eyecare visit. Gabbi is new to eyecare and enjoys learning about the eye and visual system. Her past work experience as a CNA and medical receptionist have made her very comfortable working with patients of all ages and abilities. Outside of work, Gabbi loves reading and spending time with her large, tight-knit family.
Logan, Patient Care Assistant
You will find Logan to be kind and professional as she helps you and the doctor with your eyecare visit. She loves working with patients of all ages, but especially loves the energy and excitement that children bring to the exam room. She looks forward to making sure we understand and meet your vision and eye health goals. Logan has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Society from WSU and previous work history as a bartender. Those experiences have helped her to be patient and compassionate. She is a Pullman local and knows the community well. She is a painter and a muralist, and now thoroughly enjoys creating eyecare-related artwork for the office chalkboard!
