With over thirty years experience in the field, Lougene is an expert at frame selection, adjustment and repair. She enjoys using her knowledge of new spectacle lens materials to help design the perfect pair of glasses for your face, your prescription and your vision needs. She has received certification as an AOA paraoptometric assistant. Lougene and her husband are long-time residents of Pullman. They have two grown children.

Beth Tanner

Beth looks forward to assisting you through your eye care visit with a smile. She loves greeting and connecting with patients. She has an outgoing and “easy-to-talk–to” personality that will make you feel comfortable and understood. A native of Moscow, Beth attended Moscow High School and the University of Idaho. Outside of work she is an avid Frisbee golfer, who enjoys spending weekends with her daughter, friends and family.

With a degree in human resources and past work experience in caring for people with special needs, Kayla is adept at communicating with you. She will help you understand your vision care benefits and payment options. She is naturally attentive to each individual’s unique needs and will apply those observations to helping you select frames and lenses or discussing your concerns with the doctor. She has received certification as an AOA paraoptometric. Kayla graduated from Eastern Washington University. She enjoys hiking, camping and snowmobiling. She and her husband have one son.
